Jello Mousse Recipe
Serves 8
·         3 cups boiling water
·         1 package (8 serving size) jello of your favorite flavor
·         1 (16 ounce) container of Cool Whip
·         Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl and stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Whisk in COOL WHIP until well blended. Then pour into 10-12 glasses or a glass pan, or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 8 hours or until firm. If using mold, unmold dessert onto serving plate just before serving.
