Hazelnut Mousse Recipe

Hazelnut Mousse Recipe
Serves 8
•1/4 Cup Egg whites
•1/4 Cup water
•1/2 Cup Sugar
•1 Cup Whipping Cream
•1 - 8 oz package Mascarpone Cheese
•1/2 Cup toasted, peeled and ground hazelnuts

1. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form then in a small Sauce pan combine water and sugar, cook until sugar disolves, and mixture starts to boil.
2. Cook until 240 degrees (5 min) then beat egg whites on High speed while slowly pouring the sugar mixture into , continue beating 5 minutes.
3. In a seperate bowl whisk together cheese, and cream, add 1/3 cup of the hazelnuts. Whisk in cooled egg whites. Sprinkle with remaining Hazelnuts
