Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese softened
• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
• 4 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine butter, graham
cracker crumbs and sugar; press on bottom of 9” pan.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condense
milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared
pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until chocolate cheesecake center is set. Cool to
room temperature. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
